Training methods & Assessment Techniques

For organisations to be successful, their employees require up-to-date Emergency Response and safety training from a reliable and experienced Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our highly experienced instructors deliver relevant 'hands-on' practical training where course participants feel comfortable applying learnt skills.

HES place a high emphasis on working with industry in developing your employee's practical skills. This will ensure that your employees are trained to work safely and also deal with onsite emergencies and that they remain calm whilst under pressure.

Face to Face Training

Face to face training from highly experienced instructors allows course participants to ask questions and gain immediate feedback on their progress. Our instructors encourage a 'workshop' environment where participants are encouraged to freely ask questions and make comments. Instructors ensure a fun, easy to learn environment which encourages positive interaction between instructors and course participants.

Our instructors can individually assist participants who have language or learning difficulties. Our instructors will ensure that your staff will have up-to-date skills and the confidence to apply them, gleaned from many years of experience in industry including fire services, military, paramedic, rescue sectors.

Needs Analysis

Your organisation may require up-to-date advice on fire and safety training, procedures, and equipment. HES can visit your workplace to determine your unique training and equipment requirements. Our 'Needs Analysis' will provide you with a comprehensive report and professional advice from our team.

Tailored Workplace Training Programs

Our highly experienced Trainers can tailor training courses which meet the specific requirements of your workplace. All industries and organisations are unique and may require personalised attention. We can design training solutions for your organisation specific requirements.

Our Trainers

All of our Trainers have extensive practical experience and come from a wide variety of backgrounds including current and former emergency service workers and industry safety practitioners. They have extensive knowledge and practical experience in their field. We aim to deliver up-to-date workplace training solutions for industry requirements at an affordable cost.

Training Course Locations and Equipment

Our courses are generally conducted at our client's workplace where sufficient onsite training facilities exists. Courses can be run at a date and time of your choosing. Our instructors will utilise the best available equipment and your staff will have the opportunity to undergo hands-on training. If preferred our instructors can utilise your equipment for training to enhance employee familiarity with your workplaces emergency equipment.
